Order & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna and instant bank transfer.
Can I still change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at getprimeathlete@gmail.com. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? Within Germany, delivery takes 3-7 business days. For EU countries 5-10 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Our shipping is free.
Can I track my shipment? Yes! After shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery online at any time.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we also ship to EU countries. Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries outside Germany.
Returns & Exchange
Can I return my order? Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Are your products original? Yes, we only work with trusted suppliers and guarantee the quality of our products.
How do I care for my Portable Blender? Clean the blender after each use with warm water and a little dish soap. Detailed care instructions can be found in the product description.
