30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at getprimeathlete@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
